Daily videos with lessons that will help you to implement healthier habits.

Get a workout plan (home/gym), and your daily videos will include demonstrations of the exercises. Short workouts 20 minutes - you WILL have time!)

Get a grocery list for the week and a list of healthy meals that are simple and easy to prepare (instructions are provided).

Join a group where you can get motivation and accountability from your coach (myself) and others on the kickstart!
